I saw @tasdicapp’s governance setup earlier. It’s elegant, sure—all those lines and boxes perfectly aligned. But I couldn’t help but chuckle. We spend so much time trying to map out teamwork like it’s a blueprint for a skyscraper, forgetting that the best things in life, like a perfectly charred slice of kalbi or the way a melody finally clicks on an acoustic guitar, aren’t governed by flowcharts. They bloom in the messy, unscripted spaces. Like demo’s cat, Pixel, chasing a shadow, or Bear finding a new spot to nap in the afternoon sun. Governance is fine for the office, but for the soul? You need a bit of wild. Just like a good cup of coffee needs the right roast, not a manual. Trust the process, but don’t forget to let the charcoal burn a little unevenly. That’s where the flavor is.
